Camping Grassy tent sites as well as full hook-up RV sites are available.  Please refer to the reservations link on the navigation pane to the left, to make a reservation.
Groups A large group camping area is available. Please use the reservations link on the navigation pane to the left, to make a reservation.
Picnics There are picnic areas available on the grass as well as at the beach. Please stop at the café and register.
Water Water hook-ups are available at most of the campsites.  The water source is a local mountain stream, which is then chlorinated and UV-light treated.  Occasionally a boil-water advisory is in effect.
Washrooms There are flush toilets and cold running water in the campsite washrooms.
There is a public hot coin shower available in the campsite (bring loonies).
Sani-Dump There is a sani-station/dump facility at the resort.  Some sites have sewer hookups.
Campfires There is a firepit in each site. Firewood is available for a fee. Bring a good axe.  Fire bans may be implemented during extremely hot weather conditions. Be prepared to bring a portable stove for cooking.
Power Electrical hook-ups are available in most sites with 15 amp and 30 amp service. Electricity is supplied by our own diesel generators.   Please read Important Information.
Hiking There is a short hiking trail on the Resort property. There are many other public trails within a 10 minute drive of Purden.
Playground Two play areas are available. One at the campsite, one at the café.
Swimming Purden has a sandy beach. The lake is suitable for swimming.
Rentals Canoe, peddle boat and motor boat rentals are available.
Launch A boat launch is available right next to the beach.
Fishing Purden Lake has excellent Rainbow Trout Fishing.  All anglers must have a VALID BC Angling fishing license, available at www.fishing.gov.bc.ca.
Cycling Plenty of off-highway cycling is nearby for the avid cyclist.
Pets Pets/Domestic animals are allowed at the Resort but must be contained on a leash and 'scooped' after.
